Terms of Service/Use

Refunds and Disputes

(1) All our services are digital and non-refundable. 

(2) In the event of a PayPal dispute, your file permissions will be resent, and evidence demonstrating your agreement to our Terms of Service will be provided to PayPal.

Distribution of Service

(1) Upon purchase, the buyer becomes our customer and is responsible for safeguarding the files.

(2) SB Modifications files are not to be shared with other servers/communities, except with a trusted developer working on the buyer's server. If the files are leaked and traced back to the buyer, they will be held accountable for the consequences.

Usage and Prohibitions

(1) The buyer is prohibited from performing the following actions with SB Modifications Products:

• Modifying or copying the product
• Using the products for resale
• Unlocking the item or jailbreaking
• Using the item in an unlocked format
• Giving the item to a non-development team member
• Redistributing any content in an unlocked format
• Claiming credit for items
• Removing items from the pack and selling them Limitations

(1) SB Modifications reserves the right to halt or cancel any work in progress for reasons deemed appropriate by the Management team. 

(2) SB Modifications will not provide editable files (PSD, AI, or similar) to the customer without express permission from the freelancer and SB Modifications Management team.
